French Toast Crunch Wrap Supreme
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
4 big burrito flour tortillas
8 slices of bacon
1 lb breakfast sausage
6 eggs (4 for wraps, 2 for French toast mixture)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 frozen hashbrowns
Maple syrup
1/2 cup half & half
1/2 cup milk
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Pancake mix (enough to make 8 pancakes)
Directions
Preheat one side of griddle to medium heat. Leave one side off.
Cook bacon and sausage patties over medium heat. Flip after a few minutes and continue to cook until done to liking.
Once bacon is done, transfer to side of griddle that is off to keep warm. Place hashbrowns on bacon grease and fry until each side is golden brown. Transfer breakfast sausage patties to side of griddle that is off to keep warm.
Once hashbrowns are done to liking, transfer to side of griddle that is off to keep warm.
Cook pancakes over medium heat.
While pancakes cook, fry eggs to liking.
Once pancakes and eggs are done, transfer to side of griddle that is off to keep warm.
Combine milk, half & half, 2 eggs, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Assemble crunch wrap supremes. Start by placing tortilla down followed by a pancake, breakfast sausage patty, egg, bacon, hashbrown, cheese, and an additional pancake. Fold into center.
Dip into French toast mixture and place seam side down on griddle. Cook over medium heat until browned. Flip, and continue to cook until browned. Remove from griddle and dip in syrup. Enjoy!
