Sloppy joe over potatoes

Loaded sloppy Joe potatoes
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 1 hour 15 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
4 russet potatoes
1 onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
1 lb ground beef
Tony Chachere’s More spice
2 tbs tomato paste
1 tbs yellow mustard
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs worcestershire
2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs minced garlic
Shredded cheese for topping
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Wash potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork. Wrap in foil and place in oven.
After potatoes have been cooking for 30-45 minutes we can start on the sloppy Joe mixture.
Preheat skillet to medium high heat. Dice onion and bell pepper and add to skillet with oil or butter. Season with Tony Chachere’s more spice to liking. Sauté until softened.
Add ground beef to skillet and season with more Tony Chachere’s more spice. Cook until browned. Drain grease.
Add in minced garlic, tomato paste, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Stir to combine. Continue to cook until everything is mixed and slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Once potatoes are done, slice them open and top with butter, sloppy Joe mixture, and cheese. Enjoy!
