Pasta with a cajun twist!

Pastalaya
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breasts cubed  
- 1 lb andouille sausage thinly sliced 
- 1 yellow onion diced 
- 2 bell peppers deseeded and diced 
- 2 jalapeños deseeded and diced 
- 4 green onions. White and light green parts thinly sliced 
- 1 Tbs minced garlic 
- 14 oz can petite diced tomatoes 
- 4 cups chicken broth 
- 16 oz spaghetti pasta 
- 3 tbs tomato paste 
- 2-3 Tbs Tony Chachere’s original seasoning 
Directions
- Preheat skillet and oil to medium high heat. 
- Add diced onion and chicken. Season with Tony’s. Cook for a few minutes. Add peppers, jalapeño, green onion, and sausage. Cook until sausage is brown and veggies are soft. 
- Add tomato paste, minced garlic, and diced tomatoes. Cook for another minute or two. 
- Add spaghetti pasta and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer. 
- Cook until spaghetti noodles are done stirring occasionally. 
- Turn off heat and season to taste with more Tony’s!
