Fried Buffalo Pickle Dip

Just in time for football season, you won't regret giving this a try!




Fried Buffalo Pickle Dip


Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes 

Servings: 8-10


Ingredients

  • About half of a jar of Wickles wicked pickle chips

  • 2 tbs of pickle juice from jar 

  • 1/2 lb of bacon

  • 5-6 sprigs of fresh dill

  • 1 lb sour cream

  • 8 oz container of whipped garlic and herb cream cheese 

  • 4 tbs of reserved bacon grease 

  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs 

  • Buffalo sauce 

  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning dip mix 

  • Chives for topping


Directions


  1. Preheat skillet to medium heat and cook bacon until crisp.

  2. While bacon cooks, place pickles and fresh dill on a cutting board. 

  3. Once bacon is done, add it to the cutting board. Chop bacon, pickles, and dill until finely chopped. 

  4. Add sour cream, cream cheese, pickle juice, ranch seasoning, and 3 tbs of buffalo sauce to cutting board. Continue to chop or mix until combined. 

  5. Reserve 4 tbs of bacon grease in skillet. Add panko bread crumbs to skillet and toast over medium heat until browned. 

  6. Spread panko over dip on cutting board. Drizzle with more buffalo sauce and top with chives. Enjoy!
