Super easy and guaranteed to become a household favorite!




Flat Top Tortellini


Ingredients


  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 purple onion diced

  • 1 tbs minced garlic

  • 1/2 jar roasted red peppers

  • 1/2 can artichoke hearts, drained

  • 1 family size bag of tortellini (18 oz)

  • 1 jar of pasta sauce of your choice

  • 1 big handful of spinach

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

Directions


  1. Preheat flat top to medium heat. Add ground beef and purple onion. Season with spice of choice and italian seasoning. Cook until browned.

  2. Add minced garlic, red peppers, and artichoke hearts. Stir to combine and continue to cook for a couple minutes.

  3. Add in tortellini. Stir to combine.

  4. Add in pasta sauce. Stir to combine.

  5. Add in spinach. Again stir to combine.

  6. Close lid, turn off heat, and let tortellini cook for about 3 minutes.

  7. Add in mozzarella. Stir to combine and enjoy!
