Garlic Parmesan Wings

Gameday wings that are sure to impress!



Garlic Parmesan Wings


Ingredients


  • 5 lbs wings

  • 1 bottle of garlic parmesan and herbs (I used Tony's)

  • 1 tbs Spice and herbs seasoning (I used Tony's)

  • 6 tbs butter

  • 3 tbs minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 2/3 cup parmesan cheese


Directions


1.Marinate wings in a bowl - at least 30 minutes- up to overnight.

2. Preheat smoker or grill to 300 degrees.

3. Put wings on smoker or grill and coat with spice and herbs seasoning.

4. Remove once internal temperature of wings reaches 175 degrees (about an hour and a half to two hours on the smoker).

5. While wings are cooking, melt 6 tbs butter. Add 3 tbs minced garlic and cook until fragrant.

6. After garlic is cooked, add 1/4 cup of chopped parsley, 1 tbs spice and herbs seasoning, and about 2/3 cup of parmesan cheese.

7. Pour sauce over cooked wings, toss, and enjoy!
